TERMS OF USE FOR BIRDIE BOARD

1. INTRODUCTION 
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Birdie Board mobile and web application (the "Service"), provided by Alterac Software LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Alterac," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. PURPOSE OF SERVICE
The Service is provided for recreational and entertainment purposes to assist users in tracking golf scores and related statistics. The Service is not an official scoring system of the United States Golf Association (USGA) or any other governing body.

3. ELIGIBILITY
The Service is intended for use by individuals of all ages. By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PURCHASES
All purchases, including subscriptions and non-renewable products, are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store using RevenueCat. Alterac does not directly process or store payment information. Refunds and cancellations must be requested through the platform provider (Apple or Google). The Service will reflect the subscription status based on platform confirmation.

5. USER ACCOUNTS
You will be required to create an account by logging in through Apple or Google. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure.

6. PROHIBITED USES
You agree not to use the Service:
a. To conduct or facilitate gambling, betting, or wagering within the Service itself.
b. To rely exclusively on the Service for any external gambling, betting, or wagering you may choose to conduct outside the Service. Users who engage in such activities are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of scores and results. Alterac disclaims all liability for errors, miscalculations, or disputes arising from reliance on the Service in connection with external wagers.
c. To engage in abusive, harassing, or unlawful behavior.
d. To attempt to disrupt or interfere with the operation of the Service.

7. TERMINATION
Alterac reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that Alterac determines in its sole discretion violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service or its users.

8. DISCLAIMERS
a. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
b. Alterac does not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
c. Alterac disclaims all liability for reliance on data, scores, or statistics provided by the Service.
d. The Service is not intended to provide medical, health, or fitness advice.
e. Alterac disclaims all liability for the use of the Service in connection with any external gambling, betting, or wagering activities. Users are solely responsible for independently verifying scores and results before using them for such purposes.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alterac shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS
Alterac may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Service. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
