PRIVACY POLICY FOR BIRDIE BOARD

1. INTRODUCTION
This Privacy Policy describes how Alterac Software LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Alterac," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal data when you use the Birdie Board mobile and web application (the "Service").

2. DATA WE COLLECT
We collect the following categories of personal data:
a. User-entered first and last name 
b. Email address (provided through Apple or Google login).
c. User-entered golf handicap.
d. Device type and country (provided via RevenueCat).
e. Usage logs and crash reports for debugging and improvement purposes.
We do not collect or store payment information. All payments are processed by Apple and Google through RevenueCat.

3. HOW WE USE DATA
We use personal data for the following purposes:
a. To operate and provide the Service.
b. To manage subscriptions and purchases.
c. To perform analytics, including usage analysis and A/B testing.
d. To communicate with users regarding the Service.
e. To ensure the security and integrity of the Service.

4. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
All personal data is stored in MongoDB servers located in the United States. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

5. DATA RETENTION
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Service. Data retention is not guaranteed after two years of user inactivity.

We extend the following rights to all users globally, regardless of jurisdiction:

Please note that analytics are required for the functioning of the Service and cannot be disabled.

a. Apple (login and in-app purchases).
b. Google (login and in-app purchases).
c. RevenueCat (subscription management and analytics).
We do not sell personal data to third parties.

9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Service is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13 without parental consent. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Alterac may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on the Service with the revised effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
